Very short site seeing stop here. There is no entry and you can easily walk around the Bell Tower in 20 seconds or less. It has historic value and nice architecture to observe but that is it.8ric的完整评论

Walked by while taking in the Capital grounds. Off to the left side in the shaded garden area. Old architecture of the time. Not sure if the bell works.plastx2的完整评论
