I got it. They e-mail you the ticket and it only takes a matter of minutes. I think the OA stands for Odysea Aquarium. But they could make it a little clearer than OAEMAILTICKET.

I'm sure that Scottsdale has parks nearby. Just search on Google maps. I can't recall seeing any picnic tables at the aquarium.
