I bought tickets for moody gardens a few days ago and I’m supposed to tomorrow and I cannot find the barcode at all, my account won’t pull up the tickets at all it says there’s no recent purchases.so I bought them again and tried to access them from my phone and I’m still having the same problem

You will need to call them. I didnt have a problem. Purchased them using my phone and was able to download all 4 tickets and they had a bar code.
