Thousands without power in the Valley during winter storm
Both APS and SRP outage maps reported substantial outages Friday morning as a winter storm rolls through the state. As of 8:45 a.m., the APS outage map reported that 1,291 customers were without power. At the same time, SRP reported that roughly 1,550 customers were without power.
