There are still a bunch of new things being added to Android 16 beta 3, however. Google has made a point of mentioning new security and accessibility features, including support for Auracast Bluetooth technology.

If you own an eligible Pixel phone, now might be a good time to test the Android 16 Beta 3 update—but remember, since this is a beta version, it may contain bugs. Stay tuned for more details on its stable release.

One feature I’m particularly excited about with Android 16 is broadcast audio support through Auracast. I experienced a demonstration of the technology a few years back at CES.
