Imagine a smartphone with a pop-up camera. Better yet, check out the one on the OnePlus 7 Pro. This was the first and last time I ever saw such a thing, and it was a pretty cool piece of tech.

The patent design reveals up to five rear cameras and two front cameras. All the seven camera sensors are housed in the same pop-up module. All the cameras would be hidden when not in use.
