China's commerce minister says Beijing will not yield to bullying and its economy can weather tariffs and other challenges, though there are “no winners in a trade war."

President Trump has not mentioned the possibility of rolling back the increased tariffs on imports from China as he issued pauses on some tariffs from Mexico and China. China's foreign minister has vowed to "resolutely counter" U.
