Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel have both signed agreements with SpaceX to introduce Starlink’s satellite internet services in India. These collaborations aim to expand high-speed internet connectivity to remote and underserved areas,

The company also stated that it will not only offer Starlink equipment in its retail outlets but will establish a mechanism to support customer service installation and activation.

Jio Platforms and SpaceX have joined forces to bring Starlink to India, just one day after Bharti Airtel signed a similar agreement. Both deals are contingent on SpaceX securing the necessary regulatory approvals to offer its satellite-based internet services in the country.
