The blame is solely at the feet of Neil Olshay for assembling the roster. Unfortunately I think he will fire Stotts to save his own ass and sell it to Paul that coaching is the problem when it's not, it's the roster.

Especially during his earlier Blazers years, like when we had Batum, every time the Blazers were inbounding the ball after a time-out, I knew someone would get a great look out of it.

2021年1月7日 · Stotts won't get fired because Jody trusts Neil, and Neil trusts Stotts. Neil wants to make Dame happy, and Dame would gladly play for Stotts for the rest of his career. I think it's great that the four most important people in the franchise (owner, GM, coach, and franchise player) are all in agreement and trust eachother.
