2021年4月23日 · Go with SanDisk, Samsung, or any of the big name brands for the reliability. Wyze cards aren’t bad either. Wyze cards usually come bundled with the cam itself which is convenient. 2023年2月1日 · The biggest one you can get is 256GB, which will give you about 4 weeks or so of continuous HD recording 24/7. If you want to save money you can get a much smaller one like 32GB, which give you 3 or so days of continuous recording (and if you are only recording triggered events, then there is almost no reason for a huge card capacity).

2021年6月13日 · It would say SD card is not available in the app. It would work when I plug the cam into an outlet to test but when I actually install it and plug it into another outlet outside, the SD card wouldn't work anymore, it's the strangest thing. I've formated the sd card fat 32 several times and ran check disk several times, same results.

2023年3月28日 · I have several V3 cameras and I don't think continuous recording works on any of them. The card fills up and it just stops recording. I've tried rebooting, toggling continuous off/on and different SD cards. Anyone else run into this or know a fix? I've submitted reports but no idea what happened with those.

2020年11月30日 · Just received two v3 cams. Setup the first one and took the 128gb micro sd card from my v2 and plugged it into the first v3. Cam "sees" the card but can't format it or use it. Tried a second 128gb SD card, same thing. Tried both cards in the second v3 cam, same thing. Two different brand SD cards both high end cards.

2023年6月23日 · It took some time to fully format (make sure to use ExFAT and not FAT32 or NTFS) and put the card back in the Cam. For good measure, I formatted it again and it works as described. I stick with major brands (Samsung in this case) as the cheaper SD cards end up dying too quickly or are really flaky. All my Wyze cams have the Samsung branded cards.

2023年1月18日 · Does Pan Cam V3 require a Cam Plus subscription to record locally to SD like other Wyze cameras do? Edit: I was mistaken, Cam Plus apparently not required for local continuous recording. I was mixing this up with event notifications, which do require Cam Plus.
