2024年1月25日 · I have had a "needs attention" warning on one of my listings for almost a year. This was related to one guest who had a minor issue with his stay and gave a 1 for check in and 3 for overall. Otherwise this listing is a 5 star. I am concerned that this "needs attention" warning is preventing my listing from being pushed out by the Airbnb algorithm.

2017年11月30日 · This is quite surprising, but based on the ethics I have seen AirBnB display it makes some sense. I still can't believe I had to share so much private information to rent through the AirBnB service. I don't think banks collect as much information when they loan you money.

2016年8月8日 · According to Airbnb's literature and terms of condition, this is because if you pay in USD, while the host desired payment in Euros, Airbnb will take your USD and convert them to Euros for you (for a 3% fee), then they will pay the host in his desired currency. What frustrates me is that I do not need Airbnb to convert any money.
