2008年5月22日 · I have a 15 pro now and never had a ”big” phone. My phone is either at home (watching YouTube, browsing reddit, etc), in the car or at the gym. I wonder if the 16 pro max is too big or if the bigger 16 pro is enough extra size. If I go with pro max, I would definitely go caseless to avoid extra bulk, also a new to me.

One of the features I looked forward to trying was the always on display, and it is one the main reasons I chose the 16 Pro Max over the 16 Plus. Well, my experience today seems to be that the "Always on Display" does not stay on if you are in a dimly lit room.

My model is the 16 Pro Max 1TB. My roommate has the iPhone 16 Pro Max 512MB and it is charging fine on mag safe. Something is definitely up.

However, I qualify my statement by saying this: I don't use my iPhone as a substitute computer, gaming console, media streaming device, or television.
