FSIS, in conjunction with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), initiated a comprehensive review and update of the FSIS Export Library for Canada to make it more user friendly and ensure that outdated and unclear requirements were clarified or removed, including ensuring that the Export Library accurately reflects the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations that became effective in January 2019.

U.S. establishments that want to export FSIS-regulated products to the following countries will, at minimum, need to complete and submit the FSIS 9080-3 form in PHIS unless otherwise stated. If a country is not listed below, exporters do not need to submit a 9080-3.

On March 6, 2020, FSIS combined England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales into one food safety inspection system under the United Kingdom.
