2020年12月3日 · Around the 5 month mark i saw a huge increase in size and capacity because that was the first time i had inflated with enough air for it to "pass the valve" which seperate the stomach and the small intestines. I wasn't going for it, it just happend on it's own.

"Coke and mentos inflation" actually jsut fully up based around mentos accelerating the bubbles forming in cola, but according to how much more gas is left in cola which leaves your stomach in almost no time (hope I wrote it correctly) it still is considered as inflation method.

My tips for "over-inflating" or bypassing the "valve" - Reddit
I think nausea mostly occurs when the contents of the stomach have moved down into the duodenum and small intestine, and the air pressure pushes them back up... hence inflating in the short window after eating something light. When it comes the actual inflation itself, I find starting on my back is a good way to gauge the progress.
